Easy Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream or greek yogurt for more protein or milk (or half and half)

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, melt butter or heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).

  3. Add your dairy and stir well.

  4. Add parmesan (if using), salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.

  5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Remove from heat and serve over chicken, pasta, or vegetables.

Honey Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a lower-sodium option)

  • 1 tbsp butter (or olive oil)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a little heat)

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  4. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and drizzle over chicken, stir-fry, or roasted vegetables.
