This quick, non-invasive scan provides a full-body analysis, including muscle mass, fat distribution, and key health metrics, along with detailed PDF results and a one-on-one consultation. Using Styku body scan technology and muscle mass calculations, we deliver a thorough assessment—available by appointment in Denham Springs and Central, Louisiana, or on-site for groups of six or more.

Funded by Half Belly Health and generous partners, we focus on teaching nutrition, fitness, and self-care in a way that promotes confidence, balance, and lifelong wellness.
